First it would be helpful to know why you suspect long and short term fuel trim to be out of tolerance.
Are you having drivability issues? Excessive fuel consumption? Sooty tailpipes?
Is there a Check Engine Light? If so, what codes are displayed?
What year is your vehicle and what engine?

Re: shrtft1 % longft1 %

05 tundra 4.7 I'm have a slight hesitation during acceleration. I don't know for sure what the tolerance are but was talking to someone about it and they suggested looking for a vacuum leak because they thought the longft at -19.5 was to high. No codes have come up on my OBD and no check engine light. I do smell the exhaust at cold start, sometimes it's quite strong. The problem just started so i'm just trying to work through what it could be but with no codes and engine light makes tracking it down kinda difficult. I guess i didn't think about if it's not throwing a code then the longft would have to be within tolerance. I certainly do appreciate you answering me as it has made me think a little harder about what it could be or in this case what it probable isn't
