Default 2003 Toyota Sequoia latch broken & tailgate window won't roll up

I own a 2003 Toyota Sequoia SR5 4X2, just recently the tailgate latch handle broke & the tailgate window won't roll up. How could I fix it?

you will need a new handle and window motor,, common on these trucks.. its not a really easy task, esp since the door is shut..
