Wet Okole Seat Covers!

Greetings all,

Over the weekend, a really nice guy came by my place and bought my like new stock factory bed liner. We got to talking about how great Tundras are and one thing led to another and I'm pretty sure I've made a new Tundra buddy!

Anyway, I noticed his seat covers: Wet Okole: Toyota Seat Covers - Wet Okole Hawaii

They were nice!!!! I really liked them. I just now got around to checking out their website, they have so many choices and their kit comes with a cover for the center console!!! Something I've wanted, as I don't like the vinyl.

Anybody out there tried these seat covers?

Once again, I gotta say, they looked and felt very very nice.

I'm probably going to order some. I just need to decide on color.

I have all black wet okoles up front but have yet to order the backs. I've had them for a little over 3 years and they look and feel great! I live close to Wet Okole so I went down there for a free installation too.

Highly recommended!

Wet Okole means "wet ass" in Hawaiian btw.

I have them in the mossy oak shadow grass camo and I love them. Very easy to install and fit like a glove. If you have the 40/20/40 bench seat in front the console cover covers up the rear storage box on the folding backrest.

i have them in black with with graphite down the middle. they are awesome....luckily i got a military discount that saved me $100! my buddy had them on his tacoma for 5 years and when he went to sell his truck he took them off and the seats still looked brand new!

I've bought the custom sets front/rear for my last 2 vehicles and reccommend them. Just don't get the universal cover....won't fit your seat well and will look really cheap.

had them for years and have been to hell and back. still look new! and my truck gets used like a truck. one of the best mods i have ever done to my tundy

Had them in my Tacoma and will get them for the new Tundra. I was with Tacomaworld and we did a group buy. They gave us the same as a military discount. A member put up a post and collected emails and sent the list to wet okle. All we had to do was put our name and email on the list as well as what style seats we had. Then we got a date range to call Wet Okle to order the covers, colors etc and pay for them. I don't remember but I think it was around 50 buyers we needed which we blew out of the water. You could order them at that point for any vehicle you wanted, Tacoma or not.

I was looking at them a few weeks ago when someone else mentioned them. They're really nice. I had something similar on one of my old pickups cause I got tired of sticking to the vinyl seat in the summer.

So who's going to head up the group buy?

I also have them on my Tacoma and I am looking to pick up a set for my tundra. I have had absolutely no trouble with mine I love them. "gameover169" do you have any pictures of your set of shadow grass covers as this is what I was wanting to put on mine?

Hey guys, I think the Wet Okole seat covers look great, but what do they buy you, besides the obvious. Do they make the seats any more comfortable?

I'm really not that concerned with the stock upholstery holding up to normal wear and tear, as the upholstery in my 15 year old tundra still looked great, and it always cleaned up well if the seats got dirty.

A group buy sounds great. Sorry to make excuses, but we have a 7 month old, and I just learned that I have to move next month.

I have way too much to do, otherwise, I would organize a group buy.
