    Default Best Non-Fiberglass Tonneau Cover?

Curious as to what everyone is running. I've looked at the Peragon, Trifold, Truxedo, etc. and they all seem to have their advantages. I'm really not a fan of the Undercover covers. Curious as to what everyone is running and looking for feedback.

I would like something with a very low profile, that blends in with the truck, would like to be able to paint it to color match, and would like one that is waterproof (but I don't know that this is possible with any folding cover). I'd love to get a fiberglass cover, but the fact that they cost $1500 and are extremely difficult to move are big turnoffs.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Matt

I had a Retrax cover on my GMC and plan to put one on my Tundra when it comes in.

Man...the Retrax is more than a color matched fiberglass cover from Toyota, ARE, or Leer!!!

Not sure I know of any tonneau that will have all these features.
It's kinda wanting your cake and eating it too.
It's too bad you don't like the undercover.
    I have the SE and it's water-tight,
installed it myself (weighs 100 lbs)
durable ABS (you can walk on it and it doesn't budge)
Comes off in under a minute and can hang on the garage wall
    Has an LED light
    Costs a little over $700
And you can order one that can be painted for a little more.
(Don't remember if they come primed or if you can order them finished)

    Ordered mine from autoanything.com.
I'll snap a few pics tomorrow and post them, if you like.

The new Undercover SE Smooth is pretty cool, but painted to match it is right at a grand.

Are the Undercovers durable and water tight?

To be honest, I just needed something to keep my tools locked up and dry.
I really wanted a cap, but didn't have enough cash on hand and couldn't wait.
    Decided on the undercover SE.
Considering how much less it was than anything else, I'm really happy with it.
I didn't really buy it for looks, as much as purpose, but I gotta say, it doesn't look bad at all.
It's very durable. I've stood on it and it can hold some weight. Has a tiny bit of flex because it's ABS.
It's really light and easy to install, easy to open.
I live in Buffalo and if it's not snowing, it's raining.
Not a drop of water inside, so far.

I forgot, I snapped some pics when I installed it.
Unfortunately, it was dark when I finished.
And some random pics I took for no reason.
I can take some better ones tomorrow.

    Sorry it took so long.
Been busy or weather's been crappy. Just went ahead and snapped some anyway.

I've got the same setup ... Undercover SE and Bedrug ... love it and get compliments on it all the time. My truck is magnetic grey so the black cover blends well with it. Seems to be water tight ... autoanything included a tailgate seal kit for free so rain water could not get in around the tailgate. Love the LED light and the lock.

Actually, I think it was you that turned me on to the undercover and autoanything.com.
    I like this setup too.
    Thanks.
