The Dakota digital controller has a good warranty and good track record, but due to the complexity and price of setting them up like that I will not use them any more. I really wanted to use a PWM from the beginning but could not piece it together until recently, Right now I have the updated sytem on my truck and all I had to do was hook up the power and ground and sensor and if is totally automatic. The blue wire will probably get hooked up later for next summer to make that A/C rock, the yellow wire can be wired up to shut off with a/c off or to run the fans full speed, like at the track or offroading as these fans could suck chrome off a trailer hitch! If I can ever figure out how to get the two speed Derale fans cheaper than than the Spals and the 2SP dual speed controller is about $70.00 cheaper the 55fk PWM controller, then I could sell a cheaper version for those of you that want to save money.

My CM is a Daily driver.. I haul a Harley or a Dirt bike(s) on occasion..I will be getting a 7X14 Dual Axle Enclosed Trailer for this and that... I just ordered my fan setup but I did it to see if I can get a bit better MPG, but really I hate the noise the clutch fan makes...

Here is an update of the assembly for Vettelover84, it took every bit of an hour to put together as the parts getting cut out is saving me alot of time, just waiting on the overlflow tank, (that will be here today) and the controller that is getting hand build as we speak.

Is the radiator strong enough for all of that weight?

The assembly has been installed on my truck and other trucks with no issues, but if there is ever was a problem I will stand behind it, the assembly only weighs about 20lbs, those mounting tabs on the radiator are pretty tough.

The cost is still the price I talked about around $600, what you have to understand this isn't a Flexalite setup where you have to cut and splice everything, all wires are terminated already, you just have to hook up a ground and a power, I even figured out the overflow ordeal.

The reason I went with powder coating is for one I like a factory look the powder coat, it is the same color and texture of everything else under the hood and two there is alot of cleanup required for the plates, as I am full time active duty AF I really don't have alot of time to waist, when they powder coat them for me they do everything, I really thought you guys would appreciate it.

^^^^^ I appreciate it... by following through on my order! Seriously.. I am Active Army..its obvious why I would want to support TXRGR96, Seeing the work he put into this and then the blacked out adapter plate.. It all pretty much made my mind up the second I saw that he had 5 plates waiting for people..
