Hi, just joined the forum. Just bought a 2010 Tundra "Work Truck" with 5.7 engine, Tow Package, Tow Mirrors and not much else! So far I love it. Only about 150 miles on it so way too early to tell much yet, but definitely liked the ride, features and towing capacity more than the Chevy I was also looking at. I tow a 24' Wellcraft (about 6,500lb) and look forward to testing this. Was pulling with a Grand Cherokee which did OK but you could tell we were "at the limit" of what it could comfortably do.

Hey all,
Just joined the board, bought my 09' Tundra Desert Sand Mica 4.7liter about 4 or 5 months ago, pics will be here soon...stuck at work right now.
As for now she's stock, no 4x4 so not much suspension work going to be done. Looking at new wheel/tire combo, getting rid of the annoying seat belt chime , back up cam, adding nav to stock stereo, blackened headlights, de-badging, and whatever else I can afford to do.

Hi, just purchased a 2010 5.7 4x4 white CMax. I am really liking the ride; the room inside is Ridiculous!. the old Dodge fit like my favorite jeans and it was sad to see a truck I had for 13 years go. -I'm waiting for the new leather to relax a bit, also keeping an eye on the that fuel milage - looks like i may be just as good or a tic better on MPG than the old truck and Im happy with that! especially with the added POWER! Will be getting a travel traiilor in the next few years and didnt want to be stuck with an underpower truck or a destroyed rear end like the Dodge had. The neighbors used to hear me coming from a mile away! Great site with good info -Thanks.

I'm a returning member. I became a member back in 2002 when I bought my 2002 AC Tundra (thus my login name). Loved that truck!
In 2007 I needed to get a bigger truck to pull my travel trailer. I tow a 30' Spree TT (about 6,500lb loaded for camping). The 2002 wasn't going to cut it. I was unable to work a deal for a new Tundra at that point, plus the fact that I am not big on purchasing 1st year vehicles, so I purchased a 2007 Titan. The Titan was a nice truck, but never really liked it as much as I liked my Tundra.
A week ago I bought a 2010 Tundra DC all decked out for towing... 5.7 engine, Tow Package, Tow Mirrors. What a sweet truck. If it is anywhere near as solid as my 2002, I'll be more than happy with my decision to come back to Toyota. The smile is definitely back on my face, and I'm spending a lot of time on Tundra Solutions again.

Hi guys. I just bought my first Tundra 2 weeks ago. I got rid of my 2006 H2. I bought the 2010 4.6L double cab. This is also my first truck so I am a rookie for sure. You guys have good reading here. I want to truck my Tundra out and you have given me some darn good ideas. Thanks for having me and I look forward to talking with some of you about ideas. =)

hi all,
new member here, been shopping for a couple months...am hoping to find the right one very soon.
I'm looking for a good deal on an 07 DC LTD 4x4 5.7.
I ride dirt and street motorcycles and have a lot of home improvement projects to do...been needing a good truck for a long time and I want to buy one to last me for the next ten years...at least. I've had "project trucks" for my last few and I'm sick of it...I just want to turn the key and go so that i can devote "project" time to non-truck categories. Hoping the tundra is the solution.
