Hey fellow Tundra Aficionado’s I have owned my New 2007 Crew Max Limited 4x4 in Slate Metallic for about 3 weeks now. I Love It!! I got it pretty much loaded, nav, rear dvd, XM, bed liner and cargo rails, sonar etc...I have added an adjustable aluminum bed divider that works great. I'm currently looking for a tonneau cover and hope to find some good advice here. I sold my 2000 4runner Sport, 5spd with leather, 120,000 miles and got $11,500 for it! Gotta love the Toyota resale value.

Hello everyone. I just recently purchased a 07 Dbl cab Tundra with the towing pkg and the 5.7 engine. I also purchased an 03 Wildwood 5th whl which I intended to tow. The 5er came with a Reese 16k slider; however the mounting instructions for the hitch place the kingpin 3.5" ahead of the rear axle, which shortens the already short distance (39") further. My concern is that I will not be able to make any reasonable turn into a driveway without first and always releasing the slider. My kingpin is 6" ahead of the front of the 5er. Anybody out there have any comments or suggestions?

Hello everyone!
I am obviously a new member and just wanted to say hi. I don't have a tundra yet, but I am planning to get one in the near future. When I finally buy the one I want I will let you know but until then I will be asking questions.

Hi All,
I just joined the forum yesterday I ordered my loaded custom 07 Tundra Double cab 4x4 limited 5.7l V8 yesterday! Should be arriving in a month or so and I'm like a little kid on Christmas Eve waiting for santa to arrive! Got a great deal on a great truck!

Wow, I didn't know a site like this existed. I own a new 07 Tundra DC 5.7L.
I found this site looking for info about current performance upgrades. I am a Toyota Certiified Technician at Toyota of Irving, near Dallas. I bought the Tundra to pull a larger camper than my old pop-up. I purchased a 32' bumperpull on Saturday.

Hi everyone. I picked up my truck at the end of April. I flew from Denver to Northern Minnesota to get the truck. A friend of the family has a Toyota dealership and was able to order my truck, with pretty much everything I wanted, for his "display" truck. Mine is a:
Slate Metallic '07 Crewmax Limited
5.7L V8
4 X 4
Tow Package
Cold Weather Package
Moonroof
20" Wheels
Black running boards (not my 1st choice, wanted the brushed stainless boards)
TRD Exhaust
Toyota Factory BedLiner (Line-X looks a lot better)
Navigation System
Rear Seat DVD Entertainment System
XM Radio
Deck Rails
Remote Start
I've haven't been able to do much at this point. I've put in the Weathertech All-Weather Floor Liners in front and Rear. Planning on an intake, grill and maybe the TRD rear sway.
So far, loving this truck. This forum has lots of great info. Thanks everybody.

Hi everyone,
I'm new to this site and to Toyota. I have never owned a Toyota before and so far all is well. I think my screen name says it all. I had a 2000 GMC extended cab and was in the market for a new ride. Ford just didn't have the power I was looking for, a Dodge was out of the question and my Bowtie let me down for the last time. So I jumped ship to Toyota.

Hello all. Just replaced a Silverado with a 2007 Tundra, regular cab, standard bed, slate metallic. Tundra is my first Toyota and so far am really impressed with the 5.7 engine and 6 speed transmission. I did not want a lot of extras other than TRD dual exhaust and a bed liner. The base truck has all a person would need. AM / FM CD player, dual zone air, really comfortable seats.I have added stainless steel step bars and a Lund bug shield is on order. Silverado gave me several problems that should not happen and GM would not help with repairs. Any suggestions or problems with the Tundra that I should watch for?

I had a 2005 Tundra Double cab that was a great truck. The only problem it had was a poor turning radius. She was a pretty little thing in Salsa Red and Chrome. I'll miss her for about a week, because I got an 07 Double cab. Sweet @ss ride!
