Hello all... New to the site, and to Toyota's.... Just bought a '08 Tundra Crew Max, and loving it!!!! Looking forward to seeing whats going on here...

Kvagas5.7 here with my first post (I hope ... had some trouble navigatin' this thing). I own a 2007 mettalic gray 5.7L Tundra double cab SR5 4x4 with 5600 miles on it so far. Has factory 18" alloys, "Sports Appearance Package" (no towing equipment, no chrome, Sliding rear window, foglights, 4.1 rear). Tires are bad, even for OEMs. I can smoke the right tire to obivion if I switch the traction control off. I overalll love the truck, though. I get looks all the time from the "big three" truck drivers in this small, southern town.

I've added a K&N replacement air filter element and Westin Platnum-series chrome-plated nerf bars to my machine. Next I'd like to get a tanneau cover and paint-in bedliner for it.

I'm glad to see some performance stuff comin' out for the Tundra - why not 400HP??? I also hope someone comes out soon with a nice limited-slip diff for this truck ... it would help the performance a lot. Hello (Howdy) to all you folks and I'm honored to be here at TS.com!!!

Hey guys! Well, I've been looking around TS for a couple of months. There is so much good information! I have a Super White CrewMax Limited 4X4 with a 5.7 and LOVE it. I had a 2002 Chevy 1500HD crew cab previously. Unfortunatly it was a total loss after an accident. After looking at other trucks from the big three, I stopped into the Toyota dealership on a whim, and after a test drive I was sold. This truck was so tight, responsive, and comfortable I had nothing to compare it to. I was amazed by the thought that went into the design of the interior. With soooo much storage and still room for THIRTEEN beverages, it is unreal.

Just wanted introduce myself and say hello.

After having owned the best of the best from the big 3 i finally gave in and went for the "better" truck. I just got 200 miles on a 08 black DC short Tundra grade. Bare bones so to speak. Love this truck and cant wait to start upgrading stuff. lol

First-time truck owner - just got a used 2006 Tundra 4x4 Limited, Double-cab, 4.7L V8, "the works" (minus DVD/nav... oh well). I looked through this forum before I bought the truck to see how people like their Tundras and you guys sold me on it.

Just became a member today and I enjoy this site. Come here all the time to get tips and tricks. Last year I bought a 07' Hunter Green Double Cab 5.7L XSP. Have 50 Series Flowmaster Dual and a Century tonneau cover with a spoiler. Gas mileage hurts but it's what I wanted. Awesome truck.
