2007 access cab release date changes - Toyota Tundra Forums : Tundra Solutions Forum

My dealer just informed me that the release date for the 2007 access cabs(supposedly now going to be called the double cab)has been pushed back by several months and that the crew cab is going to be released first.Has anyone heard anything to this effect?

it is not called a access cab which leads me to believe that this info is bogus

I believe that he used a different designation,but when I ordered the truck it was supposed to be the 2007 replacement for the access cab.

The general consensus is that the Double Cab (smaller rear doors, frequently shown) which replaces the access cab will be available the first of February. The Crew Cab (larger year doors, not yet shown) will be available in April 07.
