I am new to the Tundra list !!! I am about ready to purchase a new SR5 Double Cab as soon as I can find somebody who can advise when they will be producing the Sport Apperance Package for it ? I know it is already on the regular cab. Anyone know for sure ? THANKS for the help !

I tryed to build one today and it does not show the sport app. package even on the reg. cab....I dont know if it's going to be a late aval. or what.

I know there is only 5 colors that you can get the sport app. package in and I cant wait to see one!!

I just sent LOGGY some info on 2 of the TSS Sport packages I've seen.
I believe I incorrectly and said the designation was DJ. That is incorrect.
The designations are: TJ when on the SR5 and TK when on the LIMITED.
Listed at $3499 for the SR5 and $3439 for the Limited. The cheaper price may be because the Limited already has the Color matched bumper. Now I have a broucher that states there is a $1000 off each price shown as a PACKAGE SAVINGS.

Now here is something that confuses me. The Tundra broucher on page 32 clearly states that the bumpers(front and read) and grille sorround are COLOR-KEYED. But,the accessory insert I have cleary shows the TSS model with chrome bumpers and grille with the TSS decal on the back.

The inserrt also shows the 20" polished chrome wheels on those 2 packages. But on the flip side of the insert they show another TSS package code TT listed at $1999 with $500 off package savings. AND with 18" Enke wheel.

I will attempt to scan the insert and download later today.

Crewmax: Not Available

So, if I wanted to convert my Limited DC to a sport appearance package, all I would have to do is replace the grill and rear bumper? The lower front bumper is already color keyed on the Limited, and I think the parts would come already painted correct? Of course, I would still have the chrome mirrors which I would have to change as well......

, wow, seems like a lot of work.

Dang, I knew there was something else. According to my brochure, you cannot get the color keyed appearance package on the Limited models...that sucks. I wonder how it would look if I just changed out the front chrome grille (to a color keyed) and left everything else as is? The color keyed grill at least has a chrome Toyota symbol in the middle to help blend with the chrome door handles, mirrors and rear bumpers...thoughts???
