Default Will 305/55/20's fit on 07' stock?

Getting ready to pick up my 07' next week and I have already ordered my 20" carved Toyota wheels. I have sold the 18" wheels/tires that come on it, so I am replacing with 20" wheels/tires and now have to pick out a size and brand. 275/55/20 is the stock size for the 20" Limited wheels and have found some 285/55/20 bfg at/ko's. But, would 305/55/20's be too big? They are listed as 33.2" where the 275's are 31.9" stock. I will eventually install the Donahoe coilovers up front, but that could be a couple of months away. SO, what do you all think?

It will be close. The plastic may hit in front and behind the tire (easy to trim), but its the upper control arm I'm worried about. I would like to run the 285/60/20 BF AT's. They are skinnier, and about 34.5 tall.
