My first post. Just picked up New 2008 Tundra 5.7 Limited 4X4. Thanks for all the great info here at Tundra Solutions. I contacted a number of Dealers for their best prices, the best I received was $4k off MSRP. Based on a previous post about pricing, I contacted Cars Direct and ended up ordering my Tundra Limited through them. It turned out to be a great experience. Number one is that I knew what I wanted, so thanks to all you folks out there. So this is what I ordered:
Tundra 4X4 Limited, Nautical Blue, RedRock/Black Interior, 20: Alloy Wheels, DVD Nav W/Backup Monitor, Daylight Running Lights, Power Tilt Slide Moonroof.
Additional Options:
Dark Wood Grain Dash/Trim (Still needs to be installed), All Weather Mats & Sill Protector.
Line-X Spray Bed liner.
MSRP: 46,256.38
Options: 1,148.00
Taxable Total: 47,404.38
I paid: 40,293.00
Thanks all of you great folks out there, here are my Pix....
PS... At the Bottom of the Tundra Pix is the TrailManor Camper I'll be towing...
nevermind..i just saw your other post. truxxx lift 35" tires.. so those are 35x12.5x18 extreme all terrain... do you know what the backspacing is or offset on the wheels?..i love this setup
jsolar86, thanks for the comps. i got the offset and backspacing for you...+30mm Offset, 6 1/8" Backspace. when i first put them on there was just a little bit of rubbing on the skid plate the protrudes into the left wheel well and the wheel well liner on the front where the mud flap attaches so i just barely took off any of the skid plate, made it even with the front sway bar and trimmed ever so slightly the pieces of metal that hold that front plastic liner in place. I did not have to take off any material that would effect putting that piece back at a later date if i wanted to. i hope that helps and yes i love the set up, it looks mean and the tires ride great!
