What exactly is that arround the inside of the grille? Did you have that specifically made? If so, what is it made of and how did you attach it? I love the way your grill looks! Also, how did you paint the logo? TIA...

Well, here's mine. Just your "run of the mill" 5.7 D-cab SR5 w/ TRD. I've had it since December of 2007, but today was the first chance I've had to hand wash it since I picked it up new. This winter has been awful for keeping a truck clean.

Actually it is not the RBP grille insert, I did get the idea from them but they wanted way more than I wanted to pay, I will say that their reps are great though. So I went on ebay and purchased an E&G mesh grille for 420.00 took it apart, took the outer ring to a drill press, sanded it multiple times and took appliance paint to it. Went to the hardware store got some button style rivets and went to town. I think the finished product turned out pretty well and I saved 400.00. As for the emblem, It is just sanded and sprayed with the same appliance paint. The whole thing took me maybe 5 hours...... Hope that helps

Here is a pic of my 08 Tundra Crew Max SR5. It has a 6" Procomp stage 2 lift with 37" Nitto Mud Grapplers on 20x10 KMC Monster wheels. It also has a Corsa Dual Exhaust and an AEM Brute Force Intake. I have also Shaved all the emblems and tinted the front windows.
