Default 17" wheels on US Yaris Sedan

I been thinking about upgrading the wheels/tires on our 07 Yaris Sedan. I know, it's not a sports sedan, but a nice set of 17's would look good I think. Anyone done this yet?

I know at least person has 19s on theirs, so I imagine 17s fit fine.

If anyone is willing to part with their 14" stock steel wheels/tires AND is within driving distance of northwestern NY pls let me know.

I have a first generation Yaris (Cdn Echo Hatchback) and would like to get some spares . . .

175/65/14 is the correct size - I believe that is the base wheel/tire size for your 2nd generation Yaris as well.

PM me if you can help me out,

Paul ('03 Tundra 4x4 B4 the Yaris)

17 look good and you can still drop the car an inch or two. 18 fit bit you have to keep the stock ride.

Will changing the wheels on a Yaris void the factory warranty?

I don't believe so, unless you go stupid big like 19's. Adding larger wheels does affect wheel bearing life but 16's or 17's should be okay. Contact your local dealership if you want a firm answer and get it in writing!

I have 17s. However, I think they would look funny if the suspension is NOT lowered. Here's a pic of my Yaris with Tanabe NF lowered suspension:
