Unhappy Yaris Hatchback options packages

I'm waiting for my Yaris hatch, I'm noticing the options have changed 3 times on toyota.com in the last month. TO CONFUSING! I'm curious about the back seat in package A AT version. Does the seat fold less flat than the 60/40 rear seat version?

It seems this region has limited availability and package B won't be available for a couple of months?

What gives?

Just picked up a new yaris last friday at the dealership. Had to wait for 3 weeks. Got it for my girlfriend. It is absolute red with the all weather gaurd package, power package, keyless entry and carpeted floor mats. It has the 60/40 split rear seat. It doesn't fold all the way down. It looks like it gets within a couple of inches of folding flat. She loves the car. She lets me drive it sometimes. I really like it too. It handles really good and has surprising power.
