Default Stock radio removal

I have a yaris with the power package and that came with the premium radio. I am about to change it for a navigation unit and i need to know how you remove the stock unit. Everything fits so nicely i want to make sure before i start breaking things. Also if any one wants to upgrade to the premium radio maybe we can set something up.
