Fluttering valve? noise after coasting

2004 Sequoia 185K miles

After coasting down long hills I get a fluttering noise when I start to accelerate. For instance on a mountain highway and long 5 mile downhill so not using any gas. Hit the bottom and give it some gas and get a few seconds of fluttering noise, happens every time. Longer the hill, the longer the noise.

Other than that runs great. Doesn't use any oil at all.

Valves, lifters, carbon?

Thinking about hitting it with some cleaner like SeaFoam, etc?

Thanks
