Denso vs NGK?

This has probably already been addressed but, was wondering if there is a significant difference between the Denso and the NGK plugs? I put a set of NGK in the '04 DC at 100K and do not get the same mileage as I did with the Denso. I have gone through a number of fill-ups and measured each one as closely as possible and have found that there is a 2-4 mpg difference to the negative. I realize that this is winter time but have noticed since the summer a significant drop in mileage. I am careful about gaps and torquing the plugs so that is not an issue. Any help is greatly appreciated and points forwarded.
Thanks, Mike

Re: Denso vs NGK?

it's an illusion. there was a guy here who did his first spark plug change and one side of the motor had denso and the other ngk from the factory.
