Red face 04 Tundra 230K miles

I have never done anything to my truck beside brakes and oil changes and a gas cap that triggered CE light. It has 230K miles and runs like new. The gas mileage seems a little less lately. Should I change the spark plugs? The factory ones still are working fine at 230K! I recently cleaned the mass air flow sensor and air intake when I had to replace the gas cap. Any other Ideas? Thanks.

dang, that is some serious mileage. spark plugs are easy and probably could use a fresh set anyway, but I say some mpg will be lost just due to the age of everything in the vehicle

I've just replaced all 8 spark plugs, but my truck still smells gas when I first start the engine. 207k miles.
