Fuel Mileage Issues

2005 Toyota Tundra V6

I have started getting a miss and lower fuel mileage on my Tundra. I ran my scanner on it, gave me a #5 cyl misfire and a random misfire. All of the cylinders are firing. I am wondering if this could be a fuel pressure issue. It seems to misfire when at highway speed, or at least that's when its most noticeable. Any help would be appreciated.

Try swapping coils and see if the misfire follows the coil. If it does you will need to replace that coil or set of coils as I believe the V6 comes in sets of three coils (one set per bank of cylinders).

355,164 miles on the odometer [come see me when you get that on your ford]
