Highly recommend AutoZone's 'Duralast Gold' batteries. You want the 24F-DLG. 750CCA/935CA/130mins res.
The "F" designation on these batteries refers to "Ford", the manufacturer who first mandated the reversed battery posts.
As cheapskate said, only use Denso sensors. It's a voltage thing. Click on the link in my sig below which will take you to the post that gives you the Denso part # lookup page for the sensors you need.
At that mileage, I HIGHLY recommend you replace ALL four sensors. Buy em from Amazon. Best...
