2001 Tundra with Access Cab. While opening my driver's door from the inside, I felt a snap. It turned out to be a broken cable attachment on the handle. Used a pair of pliers to pull on the cable but the door will not open. The door won't open from the outside either. My son held the door handle open from the outside while I pushed from the inside and it still won't open. I then removed the access rear door panel and disconnected the rod that keeps the access door from opening when the driver's door is shut. This allowed both driver's door and access door to open a bit. Even getting it to this point, the door will not open. Any help is greatly appreciated.
