Had to take this off to get to all secondary air injection parts.

Once off the engine, can the intake manifold be separated into 2 halves so one can properly clean it..

I have the outside looking real nice......I just want to thoroughly clean inside as well....it is very oily & gummy at the ports......

It is bonded together and you will likely destroy it if you try to take it apart. You are better off stripping it down and just part bathing it. Also.. bypassing the secondary air would have saved you from having to pull the intake it in the first place. If you are replacing the system I hope you are at least using factory parts. You will do it again but with aftermarket parts probably WAY sooner.
