I purchased the truck a few months ago and haven't had this issue until recently. I'm at my wits end. I've read through all of the forums, changed out the dimmer switch and headlight relay and the lights are still on (unless I pull the relay). Also, I don't have DRL. I've pulled the dash covers and didn't find any pinched wires. Any other suggestions? I really don't want to take it to the dealer and pay $150/hr if I can avoid it. Thanks.

Maybe this will help.
If you are hearing/feeling the relay close when you re-install it, something is making the love connection to terminal #2 on the relay.

Thanks. Now all I have to do is try to figure out how to trace the wiring. :) I forgot to mention that only the low beams come on. No tail lights and no parking lights are lit unless I engage the dimmer switch.

Update. I didn't resolve anything using the diagram because I'm not sure how to read it. However, the lights did stay off when i plugged the HL relay in. That is, until I flashed the high beam. Still no switches on and the engine off but lights are on again. At one point, I was wiggling wires under the hood and the lights were cycling on and off. I thought I had it narrowed down to a HL wire but it was just a coincidence because I haven't been able to make them do it again.

If you were wiggling wires and got something to happen it's probably not a coincidence.
If you unplug that new light switch/dimmer stalk do the lights stay on? (when you said dimmer I assume the whole light control stalk)
I'm just an armature trying to help haha, keep that in mind.

I was wiggling wires under the hood near the headlights but I haven't been able to make them go off that way since then. I did try disconnecting the dimmer assembly and the lights go out. I tried it with the old one too with the same results. I tried wiggling any wires under the dash I could get my hands on but that didn't do anything.

Wiggling wires (and shtuff then working and not working) is a HUGE sign that you have some janked wiring going in. Either corrosion or prior poor work was performed. Investigate more and you’ll find your problem.

Per your DRL maybe your DRL connector (located next to the battery between the frame body) is disconnected? Some of us have done the disconnect to rid ourselves of the DRL.

Could be a prior hack was in there doing stuff on your truck and then made a mess of it. We see Goofy DIY’ers in here all the time ruining perfectly fine trucks. We call them Manglers.

I don't have DRL so that's not an issue. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to replicate the on/off by wiggling wires. When it was doing that, the on/off wasn't immediate. It was like there was a delay somewhere. I'm doing some more digging today but at this point I'm just grasping at straws. Thanks for the input.

Not to say this is where your problem lies but 2 key places where corroded wiring is common are the JB boxes and the trailer wiring harness.

I am a Sequoia, not Tundra, but I believe you do have DRL, just maybe not a separate bulb? My 2002 Sequoia and my daughter's 2008 Highlander both had DRL function but it operated by running altered voltage throught regular headlight bulb. Later models had truly separate bulbs, often amber on the Tundras and Sequoias after the body style change. So may want to check what your truck was supposed to have from the factory and what you see now, someone may have done some changing. It would be VERY un-Toyota like for you not to have DRL function in a truck newer than mine after they had started implementing it. Not like Toyota to go backwards on safety offerings, they are more likely to dumb it down and force it on you anyway whether you want it or not. (don't get me going on my traction control "witch". But again, I do not profess to be intimately familiar with that year Tundra.

I'm pretty sure the DRL was included on the Limited model but offered as an option on the SR5 models. My son's 05 SR5 Tundra has it but my 06 doesn't.
However, out of frustration, I started tapping on the wiring and any relays I could see. It turns out when I tapped (hammered) on the box at the bottom of the internal fuse panel on the lower drivers side, the lights went out. There are several relays on the back side of the fuse block and I'm guessing one of them was stuck? Anyway, everything is working correctly and I'm happy 😊.

Thanks to all that replied.
