Crutchfield has researched the 07 Tundra and claims the dash opening is an "E" code which it states is a euro fit 2" opening. I know Metra is making a double din kit for the dash (not sure if it is available yet).
Crutchfiild also lists 5.24" all the way to 6.75" speakers for the front doors and 5.25" and one 6.5" for the rear doors on a DoubleCab.
I don't plan to buy from Crutchfield but use them often just to get ideas.
