[Bad Lee Driven]

So everything works well with the hvac system other than the defrost vent pathway blocked and not being able to send air to the vent. Any attempt to use the defrost option ends with the system noticeably under strain with no where for the air to go.

Any ideas or resources where to turn to to try to figure this out?
