You likely won't notice much of a difference from the stock limited slip if it is working/rebuilt vs any other limited slip. I ran the trd kazuma limite slip and a truetrac and couldn't give you a real back to back comparason. If you are going to rebuild the stock one, it may be worth seeing if you can get the trd clutches/springs though, they were advertised as being 300% stiffer but that could have just been marketing wank.
