2000 Tundra revs by itself from idle to around 3000rpm

Hi all,
Started when the engine stalled in traffic. I restarted it but was acting weird but was able to limp 20 miles to home at about 50 mph with one foot on the brakes and one on the gas. I got no codes at that time. I swapped the TPS on the drivers side with a new OEM one because I had it. I used a straight pin to probe each terminal till I found the one to adjust the voltage to .45 volts with throttle closed. I went through the procedure of resetting the accelerator.
I've since cleaned the PCV valve, Swapped the MAF to no change. I thought I found the problem when I disconnect the other Throttle sensor with the cable and big return spring and it would idle at about 11k rpm but ran good. But with that unplugged of course I could not use the throttle. The codes that came on while doing all this and it running poorly were PO100 and PO110 which both point to the MAF.
I thought that by disconnecting it I had found the problem. Because this part is so expensive, I put an ohm meter in various terminals to watch the readings to see if it was erratic while rotating it and wasn't at all. But I don't know what the readings should be?
Could the throttle motor have gone bad or can it be serviced? I can hear it humming with key on engine off Things Ieft are Crank position sensor or cam sensor? Wouldn't those throw codes?
Please help as I am very frustrated! Thanks!
