Started my 4.7 tundra w/ 135k miles this morning only to hear a loud rattle, sounded like valves to me, but more so than usual; then white smoke. I immediately shut the motor off- now it will barely turn over. I don't want to keep trying to turn it over in fear of causing more damage..any ideas? Timing belt, head gasket???

Ok, thanks. I'm assuming that water or milky oil is head gasket? If it was the timing belt would the motor even turn over being interference?

I pulled the plugs, checked the oil via dipstick no sign of water anywhere, checked the timing belt and all is good. The motor will barely turn over. What else? Oil Pump??
