The frame and lower control arms on my truck didn't look rusty at all, very little in fact. The inside piece of the Cam Bolt rusts to the bushing sleeve so I would be prepared for that issue. I didn't use a torch, the cutoff wheel was the most readily available option for me. I did try spraying them all down with PB Blaster every day for a few days before but the cam bolt was really rusted to the sleeve.
Yeah I’m scared that’ll be my fate as well. More than likely will be. I’ll find out here in the next month or so I bet.

Do you know what's really frustrating, you replace all of these parts to get your truck back to being somewhat reliable, and then the steering rack starts making a bunch of clunking noises.

I’ve gotta do my steering rack as well. It’s leaking out into the tierod end boots.

That is frustrating though. Have to have another new alignment.
