Began getting P0440 date code about a year ago on my 2002 Tundra (4.7L). I have replaced all of the vacuum lines in the engine compartment, vapor canister, VSV for evap, VSV for pressure switching valve, and fuel cap. When I replaced the vapor canister, the CEL stayed off for a month, but then reappeared.

I have verified the intake is pulling a vacuum by placing the vacuum gauge in-line between the VSV and the vapor canister. The only way the vapor canister setup will hold vacuum is if I cap the line going to the air cleaner box.

The system used to pull a vacuum that was released when I removed the fuel cap to fill the tank. I pressure and vacuum tested the filler neck, filler hose, and breather hose and did not observe any leaks. I have also replaced the fuel pump sending unit gasket. Running out of ideas and parts to replace.
