When air is on high both with fresh air open or closed ther is a low pitch whistle.
Does not matter how fast i am going.Only on High.

A leaf most likely is my guess. Have had same problem until had sir intake cowling under wiper arms and cab westher strip both off for another fix project and had access to fully clean & vac it out. Lots of leaves & crap were in there.
No more severe whistle!
Good luck.

I had a similar issue and thought the fan was going. So I bought a new fan and when I took the old one out (behind the glove box), there was a bunch of debris in the housing. I removed that and put the old fan back in service and no noise! So now I have a new fan sitting in a box... :(
