Has anybody else come across this? Is there a TSB for this? This was on the passenger side of the trunk, where the jack sits. It has rained a lot for the last few days and I noticed this in the trunk. The red stuff isn't rust, it looks like mold or mildew of some sort. This has obviously happened more than once.

I also poured a cup of water through the drain hole in the sunroof and the water poured out the side of the fender like it should. It didn't appear to drip into the cabin at all. So I'm ruling the sunroof out.

It looks like water has been draining down the inside of the fender because there are small drip lines. I poured a cup of water down on top of the top passenger side of the rear window and most of it drained down behind the trunk. I did notice a few drips on the inside of the rear window. To me it looks like the seal or urethane bead that holds the window on is broken or has a gap in it that lets water in under the rear window. Anybody else come across this?

Do you even know how many drains your moonroof has?
Yeah, 4. Each hole drains out in a different spot. The front 2 drain behind the front tire on their respective side of the car, and the rear 2 drain behind the rear tire.

Dealer is saying it is the rear windshield leaking around the seal and the extended warranty won't cover it (car is at 50k so regular warranty is expired). I'm pissed because this is clearly a factory defect (this is the original window). It has clearly been this way for a while too. I guess I'll see what I can do.
