The pulley on my water pump does not make a complete turn freely, when I spin it for some reason it catches as if it getting hung up until I use a bit for force to complete the turn. No leaks, no cooling issues. I noticed it the other day while replacing my tensioner and idler pulley. Any ideas as to what may be causing this?
