Hi all,
Replaced “sticky” cargo door actuator at dealership. I don’t recall if pushing the actuator is supposed to initiate automatic opening and closing of door. I believe so but it’s been awhile.

Assuming you are referring to the button on the outside of the tailgate below the license plate, mine does not initiate the automatic opening of the door. It will unlatch but it will not fully open. The automatic opening only occurs if I use the dedicated button on the dash or on the key fob.
