Is a 2008 Tundra with 200k miles worth the risk to purchase? I will only be putting 10k/year on it at most

Thanks in advance for any feedback

My wife and I bought a 2001 Sequoia eight years ago, the only significant maintenance I have done on it was to replace the timing belt. So, last year, when I was looking for a pickup, we found a 2008 Tundra TRD with 49k miles on it; it now has 63k - all I have done so far is change the oil. In my experience Toyota is minimal risk.

It probably depends on the maintenance and condition of the truck. You should probably have a Toyota dealership do a pre purchase inspection and get a good discount on price. Check Car Guru pricing for similar offerings.
