the horn had been out for a while, after having my driver side window replaced the airbag light came on.
took it to the dealership, was told the clock spring needs to be replaced.
I carefully replaced it and the horn works now, cruise works (never an issue) but the light remains
I have tried doing the reset by turning the key and waiting many times, i have taken the steering column apart again to check my work, still no luck. i really don't want to go back to the dealership with their high fees just to look at it but what are some other solutions I can try?
do I need the OBD II scanner or tech stream to reset it or does it typically go off once its fixed?
Thanks
