I posted this in the tire section, but figured I would get a quicker response in the general gen-1 board.

I am debating on whether to stick with the 265/50/R20 or go back to what I previously had, 275/45/R20.:confused::confused::confused::confused: :confused::confused::confused:

The tires I am interested in are the Yokohama Parada Spec-X (highest rated all season on Tire Rack)

Thanks!

I would think the road surface you drive on mostly would make the choice. If the roads are sweet and don't have huge pot holes and frost heeves and don't forget the occasional wash out from flooding, like here in R.I. get the wider thinner ones. If they suck more sidewall will absorb SOME of the hits. That's how I would look at it.:apc: My roads suck so bad this thing would get stuck.
