Anyone running these? Do they look like pizza cutters (too skinny?) Any rubbing issues?

Looking at putting this size tire on my 10 RW (toyo AT2) to step up the size one notch.

285/75/17 is less than 34 inches in diameter. I would not expect 285's (even with larger diameter) to look like a pizza cutter.
