Would a 4.5 or 5” tuff country lift kit clear 35s? Or would I need to add wheel spacers or something to it?

My buddy installed a 6" lift on the front and 4" lift in the rear in order to fit the 35" mud tires and wheels on his 03 Tundra. His next plan is to regear.
