Why would passenger side headlight burnout so frequently ;3 times in 12 months? ....standard bulb.

Nope.......just runs then gone. I installed with latex gloves (no oil); cleaned contacts and used dielectric grease! Got me bambboozled!. Driver's side lamp is 3 years old. :confused:

Do you have piccies of the broken bulb? Is the filament broken or burnt? Need to see what condition it to have a clue. ;)

Show a picture of the front of your truck. I am 90% sure you don't have a electrical problem. I will be willing to bet you have a viberation problem. Do you have a bug shield? Have you installed anything on the front of your truck? If this was a electrical problem you would not be able to keep them in for 4 months. Short = burnt wire, bad ground and you would have flickering or low output.

I was thinking trace and check the ground on that particular circuit.
