Background information: I purchased my 2007 supercharged tundra aprox 3 months ago. It has 115k miles and the supercharger was installed around 55k. when i first got it i noticed a sound coming from the supercharger when at a red light. I didnt think much of it but its gotten worse and worse. i went to a local toyota dealership and had them check it out. an employee there said he knew a good bit about the trd supercharger and that he believed a bearing had went bad. I found PSE superchargers on the internet and decided to have it sent to them. I took it to Atlanta dyno and chassis where Brad took it off and shipped it.
Has anyone used PSE? the total "rebuild" cost was 1,017$, does this sound right? he said they are only replacing the bearings(no rotor pack)
regardless, i will post an update as soon as i get my truck back!
Im also getting a valve body mod done by chris
