Depends what you're looking to get out of them.
If all you are looking for is to replace them and are happy with the way the stock ones brake, then I suggest that you continue using them. But, if you are looking for higher performance you can always try ceramic pads, although I would not recommend them as they will warp your rotors faster than stock pads. I wonder if the Tundra guys have more insight on this...

im looking to get some better than stock rotors. for pads ive always used EBC, no complaints.

There is a TRD brake pad that utilizes the non-TRD caliper.
