Im getting ready to do the same thing to my tundra. What I have been told by only Toyota is that they will inspect the water pump at the time of t-belt replacement but will not automatically replace it if it's not needed. They do suggest replacing the serpentine belt though. I was told by an independant shop that they recommend replacing the water pump whether the pump is good or bad. I have 3 quotes from local dealerships and 1 quote from an independant. All quotes include full fluid flushes and spark plug changes. Lowest from dealer is $1274 with rental car for a day (90K maintenance plus T-Belt, Water Pump, Drive Belt), the highest from independant at $2215 with rental car for a day.

The best quote I got for the T-Belt parts and labor is $485, add water pump $245 add serpintine belt $65.
The most important is the T-Belt, Water pump, Drive Belt combo if you can afford all those parts. The best time to do it is at the same time. It will also give you peace of mind on your trip.
