Hello all - could use some help.
I have a 98 Tacoma, 6 cyl auto, 126K miles. The timing belt was replaced at 100K.
In the last few weeks, I have had the CEL come on with OBD codes p0302 and p0305. Other than having a bit less power at startup, it seems to run fine.
The CEL seems to flash mostly at highway speed.
I have replaced the plugs, wires, and the coil pack that services cyls 5 and 2 with no change.
The plugs look good - no fouling or indications of a lean condition. I checked the compression and all cylinders are in spec, with no more than 10% difference between any cylinders. The injector resistance is 13.8 +/- on all cylinders.
All vacuum connections look good - I don't see any leaks.
Despite the good resistance numbers, I suspect bad injectors...any thoughts?
Thanks,
Rob
