I bought a set of 2020 Ram rims and tires with only 1500 miles on them from someone on Offer Up, to replace the rims on my '02 Sequoia that were rusty and corroded inside. The Sequoia is our "extra car" that's only used when we're transporting lots of people or big stuff, so I didn't want to spend the $250+ per rim I'd been finding for the 275/55R20 tires it had when we bought it. The problem is that the hub bore is 106.1, while the wheels have a 77.8 center bore!

Is there an adapter or something I can get to make these wheels fit? I can't buy more tires and I can't return these ones.

Please help!
