Airbag sensor located onder the driver seat is my only guess. Mine was replaced after the service rep blamed me for wrecking the truck stating that "Airbag lights just don't come on". He opened the driver side door and popped the hood and started to look at the inside of the engine compartment focusing on the body panels and said "It doesn't look like you wrecked it". I promptly asked for the general manager and real mechanic.

interesting. I had my airbag light go off too under warranty. No questions asked and it must have been an easy experience b/c I don't remember it much. It was at around 20K miles if I had to guess)

My 2007 Tundra 4x4 passenger airbag light won't go off. Wife not happy. Had it into dealership today said the sensor in the passenger seat was bad. 8,000km over warranty. Sensor is not available by itself but is incorporated in the seat which happens to cost $2,600.00. Anybody else have this problem. Oh yea, I also bought the ECP protection package. They say it is not covered.

OMG $2600 for a seat:eek: I'm beginning to wonder what the replacement parts are for a Lexus, about $6,000 for a seat???? I would go to a junk yard and pick one up for a few hundred bucks. I would first go to another dealer and get a second opinion. My sensor was replaced only, not the entire seat.
