I just had an alignment done and want to see if anyone can tell me how bad it is. I have a 6” lift with icon uca, 37” tires 2” spacers

Cross camber is pretty significant, assume it's pulling left while driving. The rest looks good. They should have adjusted your camber on both sides to be more neutral.

The cams are maxed out, I’m going to have the tie rods cut. That’s what icon recommended. Anyone have experience cutting them when you install the icon UCA?

That is a horrible alignment. The fact that they actually let that out the door AND GAVE YOU THE PRINTOUT is a gigantic red flag. They're not even in Toyota mandated acceptable ranges for crissakes. I bet they actually charged you full boat for that too, didn't they?

Don't ever go back there again. They suck at what they purport to do and don't know what they don't know. Your lift isn't doing you any favors either.
