I figured if you are on this forum, you are in the top 10% of Anal tundra owners and something like this would drive you nuts too.
It was a high pitch rubbing sound like the hood wasn't latched properly, and it would only happen if I went down a certain types of roads or I also found that if I slammed the rear passenger door I could get the noise to happen, very annoying.
Yesterday I had my son help me by slamming the rear door as I went around the truck and zeroed in on the sound. It turned out not to be the hood, it was the mounting grommet that holds the black radiator that is in front of the standard radiator.
I verified it was that radiator by lightly tapping it, I grabbed some graphite dry chain lube and gave it a shot.
All is well now and I hope this helps someone out there.

Dude, thank you soooo much. I have been trying to track down this very squeak. I tried lubing all suspension parts without any luck. I will give this a try. I am pretty sure this is going to be the solution!
