Anti theft device problem

I have an 02’ tundra SR5 and there’s some sort of flat key looking thing under the dash that is removable. it prevents the truck from starting. I was wanting to know it it’s a factory thing or after market. it’s in a spot where it’s easy to hit it with your foot and it’s about broken. it’s falls out easily. Does anyone know how you go about replacing it or just removing it? thanks
